Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your THEMINDERAPP account at any time inside the app or by contacting support.

THEMINDERAPP gives you control over your account and personal data. This page explains how to request deletion, what information is deleted, and what limited retention may still apply.

How to Delete Your Account in the App

  1. Open THEMINDERAPP.
  2. Tap the hamburger menu in the sidebar.
  3. Select Settings using the gear icon.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Follow the prompts to confirm permanent deletion.
Once confirmed, account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Alternative Deletion Request

If you cannot access the app, email Support@theminderapp.com and request account deletion.

Please include the email address associated with your account so we can process your request.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently delete your account and associated data, including:

  • Profile information such as your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number
  • Account credentials
  • Uploaded photos
  • User-generated content associated with your account
  • Associated records needed to operate your account

Data Retention

  • Your data is deleted when your account deletion request is processed, except where retention is required by law.
  • If you do not delete your account, we automatically delete user data after three (3) years of inactivity.
